DRAKE "THE WIZARD" OZMENT

Mr Ozment graduated from Stetson University in 1985 where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. He then went on to Nova Southeastern University for his Juris Doctorate in the study of law. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990, he helped thousands of people in Bankruptcy (Chapter 7's and Chapter 13's), Foreclosure cases and Real Estate Closings.

Drake Ozment and his staff work with each client and handle each case from start to finish to achieve a satisfactory outcome – just personalized, legal representation when you need it most.

ANTOINETTE "TONI" BACKHUS

Mrs. Backhus graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University in 2002 where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. At Nova Southeastern University, she was a member of law review and received her Juris Doctorate in the study of law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005, Ms. Backhus started her career in the areas of Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions, but has transitioned to assisting clients with Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13) and Foreclosure cases. In July 2010, Toni became a member of the National Business Institute.

MATT GIRARDI

Mr. Girardi graduated Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida in 2006 where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree for the study of Economics. He then went on to the Florida State University College of Law where he graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2009. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Drake Ozment, Mr Girardi worked as an attorney representing the State of Florida in Dependency Proceedings, and now works with clients regarding both Bankruptcy and Foreclosure actions.

PAUL VISNOVSKE

Mr. Visnovske graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Upon college graduation, he moved to Orlando, Florida to attend Barry University, Dwyane O. Andreas, School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2010. He was admitted to practice in April 2011.
